A day of golf…

Was almost dreading the day, but it actually turned out ok. Hadn’t held a club since the tournament last year, so was a bit apprehensive. I was the first to tee off at 07:00 this morning, with seven colleagues looking on. Sure enough, shagged it!

It was a nice day, too, compared to last year’s rainy day. Had some clouds, but mixed with a good dose of sun as well.

Anyway, as the day wore on, actually had a few good drives, a nice short game, and a couple of great putts. Still wasn’t consistent, of course, but overall had a good time. The BBQ after the game was good too.

Just might have to get out again this year.
